What services do you offer as a health coach?
As a health coach, I provide two key online services. The first is a membership for people seeking accountability, and structured health plans.
The second is a more intense, personalised coaching option designed to address individual health challenges.
Both services include movement and nutrition support, with elements of yoga, tai chi, and shiatsu integrated into your wellness journey.
What qualifications and certifications do you have?
I am a certified Level 3 Personal Trainer specialising in female health.
I hold extensive certifications, including international training with Strala for yoga, tai chi, and shiatsu, a college diploma, a university honours degree and ongoing masters degree.
I am also a registered member of the institute Society for Endocrinology and actively work in the field of integrative health, focusing on prevention.
Additionally, I am supported by Tara Stiles, the founder of Strala Yoga, as I write a book dicsussing my own health journey which will be available to read within the next few years.

Can your coaching help with hormone health issues like PCOS, perimenopause, or menstrual irregularities?
Yes, I specialise in a comprehensive health approach for women of all ages, and my services can support clients dealing with PCOS, perimenopause, menstrual irregularities, and fertility issues.
I use an integrative approach combining movement and cortisol management to help manage these conditions.
Many females have been helped to regain balance and improve their overall health some leading to planned pregnancy.

As an internationally trained practitioner, I provide online coaching to women around the world from England, Scotland and beyond.

What is your experience/ certification in the health field, and how does it shape your approach to coaching?
I have extensive experience in the corporate health field, having worked in an accredited medical laboratory developing global diagnostic platforms utilised by the nhs (England and Scotland) and private national institutes for detecting acute health problems, such as heart disease and blood clots.
However, my passion lies in preventing these conditions before they arise.
My accredited professional background in medicine and experience in health behaviour management have shaped my approach to focusing on preventive care and movement.

Many begin to notice changes within the first month, especially in terms of improved energy, mood, and physical wellbeing.

My approach is integrative, focusing not just on physical/active health but on mental and emotional wellbeing where the client can feel empowered and ready to learn a new skill within comfortable conditions.
Unlike traditional nhs clinics, which often focus on treating acute diseases, my goal is to prevent these health problems from occurring by addressing the root causes, including lifestyle, food relationships, and cortisol.
My training and association with with Strala, yoga, tai chi, and shiatsu, along with my knowledge of hormone health, allows me to provide a unique blend of tools and pro techniques that promote healing and long term health management which endeavour to prevent health conditions down the line.
Seeking out an nhs medical practitioner is advisable under acute circumstances but our goal is to prevent the requirement in the first place.
