My background...

Diane is an international yoga guide, calisthenics personal trainer, scientist, mum and entrepreneur. She has built a tool kit to allow you to care for your mental, physical & emotional well being.

Through working with Diane you will have access to yoga, calisthenics and cortisol reducing practices to maintain hormone balance. Diane combines her Strala yoga training, masters in nutrition and movement with her experience as a female health coach helping people of differing backgrounds.

Her style to guiding yoga and personal training embodies natural movement, breath, ease in strength and self care using a free and joyful approach in order to break down barriers within the wellness space and encourage people of all shapes and backgrounds to join in the fun. As a mum she also has a realistic approach to her guiding & programming.

She has trained in Scotland, Berlin and Geneva and continues to add to her learning every day.

With a professional medical science background, Diane takes a science backed approach to her teaching within the health and wellness space.
